BR-FR-30/AFL : L’identifiant associé au schéma "AFL" (ram:IssuerAssignedID) ne doit pas être vide. · BR-FR-30/AFL : L’identifiant associé au schéma "AFL" (cbc:ID) ne doit pas être vide.
What it means
A French rule from the 2026 e-invoicing reform (XP Z12-012, FNFE-MPE). It applies to invoices handled by French platforms (PA); an invoice can be valid EN 16931 and still fail it.
