Files you upload

Uploaded invoices are processed in memory on our server in Helsinki, Finland, only to validate them, and are discarded as soon as the result is shown. We don't store the files, their contents or the results, and we don't use them for any other purpose.

Network and security provider

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc., which protects it against attacks and abuse. Traffic to the site, including uploaded files, passes through Cloudflare's network in transit on our behalf. Cloudflare processes this data under its data processing terms and doesn't store your files for us.

Early-access list

If you join the waiting list for our Stripe app, we store your email address, country and approximate invoice volume, and use them only to tell you when the app is available. We delete them on request, and in any case within 12 months. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.

Usage data

We count anonymous daily totals (for example, how many files were valid or invalid, and which formats). These counts contain no IP addresses, file names or invoice data. Our web server may keep technical logs including IP addresses for up to 14 days for security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).

Cookies and trackers

We set no cookies of our own and use no analytics or advertising scripts. Our security provider Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example to tell humans from bots).

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of personal data, or object to processing, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
