BR-FR-BD-13/BT-3 : Lorsque le cadre de facturation (BT-23) est S9, B9 ou M9, le code type de facture (ram:TypeCode) DOIT être l'un des types auto-facturés suivants : 389, 261, 501, 500, 502, 471, 473.
What it means
A French rule from the 2026 e-invoicing reform (XP Z12-012, FNFE-MPE). It applies to invoices handled by French platforms (PA); an invoice can be valid EN 16931 and still fail it.
