BR-FR-CO-15/BT-29-1 : Si le vendeur est membre d’un assujetti unique (BT-29-1 = 0231), alors le bloc représentant fiscal (BG-11) doit être présent et contenir le numéro de TVA de l’assujetti unique (BT-63). État actuel : représentant fiscal , numéro de TVA = "".

What it means

A French rule from the 2026 e-invoicing reform (XP Z12-012, FNFE-MPE). It applies to invoices handled by French platforms (PA); an invoice can be valid EN 16931 and still fail it.
